House Springs is an unincorporated area located in Jefferson County Missouri. It is about 45 minutes southwest of Downtown St Louis when Interstate 55 and then Highway 21 are used. Important roads for the area are Missouri Highway MM, Gravois Road, Hillsboro-House Springs Road, Byrnes Mill Road and others.
